I just got engaged. What do I do next?

Celebrate!! Congratulations! Typically, the venue, date and approximate color scheme & style will be worked out prior to flowers. Putting together a Pinterest page or saving images to a digital file of flower or décor you like is the best way for me to immerse myself in your vision.

What is the process like?

  1. We will start with a consultation call or in-person meeting in my Basic Bitch Blooms studio. Initial consultation usually last 20 to 30 minutes.

  2. I will send you a proposal based on our conversation. The proposal will include different options with different price points.

  3. We will meet for a second time to finalize your choices, sign the contract and pay your deposit.

  4. I will check in with you 30 days prior to the wedding. At this time we will reconfirm all of the details and the final balance will be collected. This will be the last opportunity to make any changes.

  5. On your wedding day flowers will be ready for pick up or delivered at a previously agreed upon time.

Do you have a minimum order?

Nope! Weddings come in all shapes and sizes and I am happy to help anyone!

Will I get to pick the exact flowers in my arrangements?

My first priority is to make your arrangements as fresh and gorgeous as possible for your big day. That means if on an off chance the I can’t get the exact flower we discussed (or if they do not meet my quality standards when they come in), I will substitute with something similar in your color palette.

Can we match the color of my flowers to a fabric color?

No. If only it was that easy! Every flower is different and even flowers that are all of the same variety, that are grown on the same bush will have different color variations.

Do you deliver? Do you do setup & teardown?

No problem! Delivery starts at $150 or 15% of your total order. That includes setup at one location in Renton and the immediate surrounding areas.

More complicated delivery like multiple locations, moving arrangements from the ceremony to reception and end-of-event teardown will be priced on a case by case basis.

How much do flowers cost?

I try my best to provide as much information to you as possible up front. Please see my pricing guide to give you an idea on cost. Please note that the flowers you choose will have an impact on the overall cost. For example, if you wanted all carnation then the price would be a fraction of the prices on the guide. However on the flip side, if you wanted all Orchids the prices could be tripled.
